We are located in a natural reserve of civil society - RNSC, where it operates: the AMALAKA FARM-SCHOOL, the only educational institution located in a RNSC Colombia, national and international winner of SUSTAINABLE SCHOOLS 2023. We are characterized by the work of ecological restoration, protection of water and biodiversity, alternative technologies, bioconstruction and nature tourism. We are the place with the most recorded birds in the inter-Andean valley with 202 species.

Mission

The AMALAKA FOUNDATION is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that works with a rights perspective from a humanistic and systemic approach with children, adolescents, young people, their families and communities, from various vulnerable populations (victims of social violence and politics, mestizo, indigenous and Afro communities) from prevention, protection, research, post-conflict and peace-building in the thematic axes of: quality alternative education, cultural management, environment and sustainable rural development.
